<p align="left"><strong>Start Date:</strong> April 4, 2011</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<p>1. Oversee construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.  Includes interfacing with client representatives, architect representative, subcontractors, security, etc.</p>
<p>2. Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s).</p>
<p>3. Authorize/approve all project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions, change requests, etc.</p>
<p>4. Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to.</p>
<p>5. Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.</p>
<p>6. Perform additional assignments per supervisor&#8217;s direction.</p>
<h3><strong>Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:</strong></h3>
<p>1. Must have 2-5 years construction management experience.</p>
<p>2. Computer Skills (MS Project/Excel/Word)</p>
<p>3. Vehicle a must</p>
<p align="left">
<p align="left"><strong>Base Salary:</strong> Salary is to be determined and commensurate with qualifications and experience.</p>
<p align="left"><strong>Term: </strong>9 month contract with a 3 month probation period.</p>
<p align="left"><strong>Car/Phone/Travel Expenses:</strong> Normal and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed on a monthly basis per company policy.</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualifications:</span></strong></p>
<p>- Minimum two years experience in Business-to-Consumer or Business-to-Business sales.</p>
<p>- Experience selling a technology product to sophisticated, high income individuals.</p>
<p>- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation and negotiation.<br />
- Excellent computer skills.<br />
- University or College degree (Business or Engineering).</p>
<p>- Valid Motor Vehicle License</p>
<p>- Solar related experience a major plus.</p>
<p>- Willingness to work flexible hours (including some evenings and weekends) as required by potential customers.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<p>-   To sell Solar PV and Solar Thermal systems to homeowners in the GTA area. Sales responsibilities include calling prospects identified through marketing campaigns or through the website, scheduling and attending customer home visits with a technical partner to make the sale, and following up on sales visits.</p>
<p>- To prepare estimates for solar systems including energy projections, financial projections in a professional and timely fashion.<br />
- Provide ongoing feedback and input to marketing to improve overall sales strategy that incorporates web, phone, and in-person components.</p>
